How to Search the Earl Park Court Docket
Indiana MyCase is the public workhorse for any Earl Park case. Its court menu includes Benton County. It lists no Earl Park town court. Pull the full cause number off your notice and search that first. Benton Circuit Court numbers start with 04C01. Without a number, search by party name, citation number, or exact cross reference, keeping the court set to Benton only.
- Open MyCase and choose the case, name, or attorney search tab.
- Select Benton County and enter the complete cause number, or use a full last name with added first name or birth date.
- Open the result and check the court, case type, filed date, status, and Chronological Case Summary.
- For an eligible traffic ticket, compare the UTT and cause number through Indiana ePay.
- Call Benton Circuit Court or the Clerk when a public document or current setting is not clear.
You can drop hyphens and leading zeroes in a cause-number search, though the full printed form is the best first try. Trim a broad result list with filing dates, status, category, or a given name. MyCase caps very large result sets. Expect a CAPTCHA after repeated searching.
Earl Park Court Dockets Near the Wind Farm
The Earl Park town profile places the town in northwest Benton County along U.S. 41/52. It also describes the Benton County Wind Farm: 87 turbines running GE 1.5 MW units, operational since April 2008. That landscape helps you find the town on a map. It does not create a wind-farm court or docket.

Permits, town records, land records, and court cases live in separate record groups. A wind-farm dispute that reached a court must be searched by court and cause number. The project's name alone will not pull the file.
The Earl Park Municipal Court
The current Indiana court directory, Rule 8 court identifiers, the MyCase court menu, the CourtCal participating list, and the town profile all list no Earl Park municipal or town court. So go county-based. Search Benton Circuit Court, identifier 04C01, instead of assuming a town court office exists.
Earl Park Town Hall sits at 123 W. 5th Street and publishes a town phone, narrow office hours, and a council schedule. Those are town-government contacts. They cannot replace the Benton Clerk or Circuit Court. A council agenda, utility record, marshal contact, or Fall Festival notice is not a docket entry. If your citation or notice names a different lawful court, follow the court printed on that document.
Earl Park Court Records and Population Rank
The official 2020 incorporated-place table puts Earl Park at 370 residents. Among the five Benton places with local docket pages, that ranks fifth, behind Fowler, Oxford, Otterbein, and Boswell. Ambia follows with 227. Population rank explains why Earl Park gets its own search page. It does not shift jurisdiction or create a local bench.
A town this small invites its own search error: assuming every matching surname belongs to an Earl Park resident or case. Check the court, case number, and caption before you conclude anything. MyCase works for tracking a known public matter, not for guessing where someone lives from a list of names.
Earl Park Court Dates and Settings
A summons, citation, notice, order, or recent CCS entry may carry your setting. Indiana CourtCal includes Benton in its county directory, yet its participating-court list shows no Benton court. An empty CourtCal result does not mean an Earl Park hearing was canceled. Search the cause number in MyCase. Then call Benton Circuit Court at 765-884-0370 to confirm the date, room, or remote instructions.
| Date | The scheduled day shown on the latest notice, order, or CCS entry. |
|---|---|
| Time | The listed start time, which may be a docket call rather than a unique appointment. |
| Courtroom | The current location stated by Benton Circuit Court staff. |
| Judicial Officer | The judge or officer listed for the setting, subject to assignment changes. |
| Setting Type | The hearing description, such as initial hearing, pretrial, trial, or compliance review. |
The date beside a CCS line is the entry date. It may differ from the hearing date or the day an order was signed. Read the text and any linked order together.
When Earl Park Court Dockets Show No Hearing
First, confirm the cause number begins with the expected court identifier and that your search covers closed as well as open cases. Next, read the newest CCS lines for a continuance, reset, cancellation, or later order. CourtCal covers only a limited window and lets courts opt out of displaying schedules. Benton has no participating court on the current list.
Do not rely on silence: Keep the paper notice and call the court. A missing web calendar result does not excuse an appearance or prove that a setting moved. If a date was missed, ask the Clerk what public order or filing is available and seek legal advice about the response.
The courthouse sits in Fowler, not at Earl Park Town Hall. Circuit Court and Clerk staff are the practical sources for confirming a date. The broader Benton County court calendar route explains the county workflow without changing Earl Park's local starting point.
Earl Park Traffic Tickets
Earl Park traffic tickets run through the Clerk's Indiana ePay link. You can look up a ticket by UTT number, driver's-license number, or first, middle, and last name with date of birth. A result may list the ticket date, the UTT, the police agency, the court, cause number, offense, balance, and any ticket-copy or payment choices. Not every Indiana ticket shows up there. Some that do list can't be paid online.
Tickets fewer than ten business days old may not post yet, so ePay says to wait and retry. Watch the deadline printed on the citation. If the record still doesn't appear, try another allowed search, open the fuller CCS through MyCase, or call the court. Paying a ticket is not the same as contesting it, and the citation plus any court notice controls your response. For fees and BMV distinctions, see the countywide Benton traffic court record process.
Earl Park Court Docket Case Codes
The letters inside a cause number label the category of a case, nothing more. IF is an infraction, OV a local ordinance violation, and CM a criminal misdemeanor. No code proves guilt, dismissal, payment, or satisfaction. Follow the CCS through to the disposition entry.
- CCS
- The Chronological Case Summary, Indiana's ordered record of court events.
- UTT
- The traffic-ticket number used in ePay, distinct from the court cause number.
- Closed
- A search status that does not by itself explain the result or whether money remains due.
- Certified copy
- A clerk-authenticated copy for a recipient that requires official proof.
A made-up format like 04C01-2401-IF-000001 helps you learn the parts, but it is not a real Earl Park case. Don't try to build a live case number from someone's name.
Where Earl Park Cases End Up
No separate Earl Park court is listed, so Benton Circuit Court is the practical starting point for the county trial matter. Criminal, civil, family, probate, juvenile, small-claims, traffic, and other statutory case types can all land there. Appeals get their own appellate cause numbers and dockets. Federal matters go through PACER, not Indiana MyCase.
Docket flow: Earl Park town matter › Benton County Courts › Benton Circuit Court
None of this means Town Hall pushes every civic issue toward a judge. It only tells you where to look. That matters once something becomes a filed judicial case. Read the court named on your citation, summons, or order. A transfer or venue change can move a later hearing elsewhere. The original cause number still matters.
Earl Park Town Hall Versus Court Records
Earl Park Town Hall posts local government contacts. It holds council meetings the second Monday of each month. Its profile also mentions a Fall Festival. That festival runs over Labor Day weekend. Neither a council meeting nor a festival is a judicial setting. Town staff may keep town administrative records. The Circuit Court case file sits with Benton Clerk staff.
| Earl Park Town Record | Benton Court Record |
|---|---|
| Council agenda, utility matter, town policy, or civic event | CCS, filed pleading, order, judgment, citation, or court ledger |
| Ask the relevant town office | Search MyCase or ask the Benton Clerk |
| May be governed by APRA | Governed chiefly by Indiana court-access rules |
Go to whichever office created the record. A public-agency request to Town Hall can't pry open a sealed court filing. The Circuit Clerk won't have your town utility bill.
Earl Park Court Docket Copy Requests
Some filings show no document link in MyCase. Write down the full 04C01 cause number, entry date, and title. Also note the case type. Then contact the Benton County Clerk of the Circuit Court at 765-884-0930 or bcclerkstaff@bentoncounty.in.gov. Say whether a plain copy works or the recipient needs certification.
The county publishes no general copy-order form, mail procedure, or turnaround time. Ask first about fees and accepted payment. Postage, delivery, identification, and certification matter too. The courthouse sits at 706 E. 5th Street in Fowler. Sources disagree on the clerk room or suite, so call before you visit. A transcript comes from the court reporter or administrator, not from the CCS.
Public Access to Earl Park Court Records
Indiana Rule 4 presumes public access to court records. Rule 5, another law, or a court order can say otherwise. Access doesn't guarantee downloads of every attachment. Sealed cases may be hidden or redacted. So may protected personal data, confidential juvenile or paternity information, mental-health proceedings, and other restricted material. A missing result can also come from an old paper file or a bad search.
Key Rules:
Indiana Access Rule 4 establishes the court-record access baseline.
Indiana Access Rule 5 identifies confidential cases, documents, and information.
Indiana Access to Public Records Act governs many agency records, while case files follow the specific court rules.
The official Indiana APRA text distinguishes the broader public-record framework.

Use APRA for a town administrative record and the court rules for an Earl Park-area case file. Neither path gets around a lawful seal.
Earl Park Court Docket Search Limits
MyCase shows public information drawn from Odyssey and converted systems. It is not the official record. Older files may be incomplete online. Financial displays can lag. Document access varies by case type and user role, and protection orders live in a separate public registry. Public, party, and attorney access are three different things. The official MyCase terms of use spell out these limits.

Confirm any critical date, balance, or certified record with the originating court or Clerk. MyCase bans automated data mining, so bulk or compiled requests must follow the authorized written process.
