Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the official Benton County route that matches the request:
- A docket sheet: run a case search through the statewide portal, or request the docket from the clerk of court
- A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the clerk of court
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: look it up with a case search by party name or case number
- Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
For local dockets and case records, contact the Benton County Clerk of Circuit Court, 706 E. 5th Street, Suite 37, third floor, Fowler, IN 47944, 765-884-0930. The office lists Monday through Friday hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern. An archival state list says Room 23, so call before visiting to confirm the current room. Benton Circuit Court can confirm a setting at 765-884-0370.
